What is an LED video wall?
A display built from cabinets that fit together into one large picture. The LEDs create the image directly, so you do not need a projector or a projection path.
How do I choose pixel pitch?
Choose your viewing distance in Step 2 of the Wall Designer to see the recommended pixel pitch. Pixel pitch is the distance between neighboring pixels. A smaller pitch puts more detail into the same area and can suit closer seating. Choose it with your viewing distance, content and budget; neither technology is the automatic winner for every room.
What does the Initial Design Proposal include?
Your Initial Design Proposal includes your configured video wall components, selected processor, an 8% matching spare parts reserve, and a Mini PC for remote support. Optional extended coverage uses the current Indoor or Outdoor policy and is itemized separately in your proposal.
Following your Site Survey, your partner prepares a Complete Proposal detailing wall preparation, electrical work, AV and video wall prewiring, installation, testing, and commissioning. It also includes any selected audio, lighting, additional video sources, window treatments, and automation integration.
What coverage is included indoors and outdoors?
Indoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 5-year extension (7 years total) for 15% of eligible MSRP. Outdoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 3-year extension (5 years total) for 15% of eligible MSRP. The extension is priced on the wall, including its matching spares, and processor(s), before customer discounts. Steel bezels, mounting brackets, separately priced installation and partner room products and services are excluded from that price basis. Covered repair labor remains included. All indoor and outdoor screens include 8% matching spare parts. Parts and labor coverage includes normal wear and tear during normal use under standard operating conditions. Coverage begins at completed installation commissioning. Ask your homeowner’s or commercial property insurance provider about adding your video wall and protection against accidental damage, lightning, and natural disasters. Confirm the coverage and exclusions with your insurer.
The extended warranty excludes partner-supplied room additions. Written warranty terms apply.
Can brightness adjust automatically?
A compatible ambient light sensor can adjust screen brightness as lighting changes. Sensor availability and inclusion must be confirmed for the selected system; brightness is set for the space and viewing comfort.
