8% matching spares
The wall price includes matching LED modules, power supplies and receiving cards from the same production batch. Each compatible part type receives an 8% reserve, rounded to the nearest whole part using the installed component count. Exact quantities follow the approved configuration.
Eligible components can be sent for repair or refurbishment. Parts return to the available reserve only after they are received and verified, helping the service team track what is actually ready for use.
Remote-support Mini PC
Every system includes a Mini PC for remote support. With your permission and an internet connection, the support team can help diagnose issues and coordinate the next step. Physical repairs may still require a service visit.
Coverage built around your system.
Indoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 3-year extension (5 years total) for 15% of eligible MSRP. Outdoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 3-year extension (5 years total) for 30% of eligible MSRP. The extension is priced on the wall, including its matching spares, and processor(s), before customer discounts. Steel bezels, mounting brackets, separately priced installation and partner room products and services are excluded from that price basis. Covered repair labor remains included. All indoor and outdoor screens include 8% matching spare parts. Parts and labor coverage applies to eligible component failures and normal wear and tear during proper, normal use within the system’s rated operating conditions. Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, external electrical surges, lightning, fire, flooding, storms and other natural events is excluded. Ordinary outdoor exposure within the rated operating conditions is not itself an excluded event. Coverage begins at completed installation commissioning. Ask your homeowner’s or commercial property insurance provider whether your video wall is covered for accidental damage, lightning, storms, flooding and other external events. Insurance coverage varies; confirm limits and exclusions with your insurer.
The extended warranty excludes partner-supplied room additions. Written warranty terms apply.

What is an LED video wall?
A display built from cabinets that fit together into one large picture. The LEDs create the image directly, so you do not need a projector or a projection path.
How do I choose pixel pitch?
Pixel pitch describes the distance between pixels. Your viewing distance, screen size and content guide the choice; our team recommends the right detail for your room.
What does the Initial Design Proposal include?
Your Initial Design Proposal includes your configured video wall components, selected processor, an 8% matching spare parts reserve, and a Mini PC for remote support. Optional extended coverage uses the current Indoor or Outdoor policy and is itemized separately in your proposal.
Following your Site Survey, your partner prepares a Complete Proposal detailing wall preparation, electrical work, AV and video wall prewiring, installation, testing, and commissioning. It also includes any selected audio, lighting, additional video sources, window treatments, and automation integration.
What coverage is included indoors and outdoors?

Can brightness adjust automatically?
A compatible ambient light sensor can adjust screen brightness as lighting changes. Sensor availability and inclusion must be confirmed for the selected system; brightness is set for the space and viewing comfort.
