Which LED technologies are available?
Indoor walls offer Flip-Chip COB or MIP at 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 or 1.8 mm. Outdoor walls offer SMD at 2.6, 2.9 or 3.9 mm and MIP at 1.5, 1.9 or 2.5 mm.

How large can the wall be?
The wall can be engineered to architectural dimensions because it is assembled from precision LED cabinets rather than fixed television sizes.
Both Flip-Chip technologies use 23.62 × 13.28 inch cabinets. Standard formats are 16:9, 4:3, 24:9, 32:9 and 48:9, assembled from whole cabinets. Displayed dimensions round up to whole inches; physical fit and room visuals use the exact measurements.
Why does processing matter?
Professional NovaStar processing manages the signal, scaling, color, calibration and operational stability that allow a monumental display to feel coherent.
Essential, Professional and Premium processing levels are matched to resolution, inputs, control requirements and the experience expected from the finished wall.
What infrastructure is required?
Structure, wall flatness, backing, power, data, ventilation and service access must be field verified before final engineering.

What is included in the wall system?
The Initial Design Proposal prices the selected video wall components and processor, with 8% matching spare parts and a remote-support Mini PC included. The optional extended warranty is shown separately when selected.
After the site survey, your Partner prepares the Complete Proposal with their own equipment, descriptions and prices for sound, lighting, content sources, shades, automation and other agreed work. Indoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 3-year extension (5 years total) for 15% of eligible MSRP. Outdoor screens include a 2-year manufacturer parts-and-labor warranty, with an optional 3-year extension (5 years total) for 30% of eligible MSRP. The extension is priced on the wall, including its matching spares, and processor(s), before customer discounts. Steel bezels, mounting brackets, separately priced installation and partner room products and services are excluded from that price basis. Covered repair labor remains included. All indoor and outdoor screens include 8% matching spare parts. Parts and labor coverage applies to eligible component failures and normal wear and tear during proper, normal use within the system’s rated operating conditions. Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, external electrical surges, lightning, fire, flooding, storms and other natural events is excluded. Ordinary outdoor exposure within the rated operating conditions is not itself an excluded event. Coverage begins at completed installation commissioning. Ask your homeowner’s or commercial property insurance provider whether your video wall is covered for accidental damage, lightning, storms, flooding and other external events. Insurance coverage varies; confirm limits and exclusions with your insurer. Optional coverage and its price are itemized in your proposal. Partner additions are excluded.
